No. Signers receive a secure, single-use link by email and sign from any browser on any device. There is no signup, no app to install and no password to remember - they just sign.

They can draw a signature with a finger or mouse, type their name in a styled signature font, or upload an image of their own signature. Whichever they choose, the signature is bound to the document and the audit trail.

It is free forever for three documents a month, with no card required. Pro is R 99 a month or R 990 a year and unlocks unlimited documents and sequential signing. Max is R 250 a month and raises the storage and AI ceilings. Enterprise puts your whole team on Pro or Max at the same price per seat, with a shared workspace and one invoice.

Enterprise is self-serve up to 500 people - you pay per seat and it grows as you invite them. Past that the price depends on your size and rollout, so contact us and we will quote you directly, usually within one business day.

Yes. You can cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Your completed documents and their audit trails remain accessible.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment platform. Enterprise is charged per seat, so it follows your team as it grows. Card details never touch our servers.

If a charge lands after you cancelled, or something else has gone wrong with your billing, contact us and we will put it right. Our Billing & Refunds Policy under Legal sets out exactly how cancellations, upgrades and refunds work.

Every document accumulates an immutable event log: created, sent, viewed, signed, declined, completed, downloaded and voided. Each event stores the actor's email, IP address, browser user agent and a UTC timestamp, and the trail is sealed with the executed document.

Documents and signatures are encrypted at rest and in transit, access is controlled row by row, and signing links are unique per recipient, time-limited and burned after use. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on how personal information is handled.

Only you, the teammates you share a workspace with, and the signers you send them to. Signers see only the documents addressed to them, through their own single-use link.
