Why it drags
An NDA is the document most likely to be signed under time pressure and least likely to be read closely. It is also the one most often signed by somebody who is not at a desk - a founder between meetings, a contractor on a phone, a counterparty in another country. Printing, signing and scanning is the step that turns a five-minute formality into a two-day delay, and mutual NDAs make it two delays instead of one.

Signed before the conversation, not after
A signing link opens in a browser on a phone. There is no account to create, no app to install, and no printer involved - which is why an NDA sent at 09:00 is usually back before lunch.
Proof of who agreed, and when
The audit trail records each party's email, IP address, device and UTC timestamp at view and at signature. If the scope of an NDA is ever argued about, that record is what dates the obligation.

Questions about ndas
Is an electronically signed NDA enforceable in South Africa?
Yes. A non-disclosure agreement is ordinary commercial paperwork, and the ECT Act, 2002 recognises an electronic signature wherever the law requires a signature without specifying its form. NDAs are not on the Act's list of excluded documents.
Can both parties sign a mutual NDA?
Yes. Add both signatories and send in parallel so neither waits on the other, or in sequence if one side must sign first. Each party gets their own single-use link and can only complete their own fields.
Does the other party need an account?
No. They open a secure link, sign in their browser on any device and are done. No signup, no password, no charge to them.
Can I send the same NDA repeatedly?
Yes. Save it once with its fields in place and reuse it. On paid plans there is no limit on how many you send.
